Returns & Refunds Policy

At Cordz Scrub, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days from the date of delivery, subject to the conditions outlined below.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

• Be unused, unwashed, and unworn;

• Be in its original packaging;

• Have all tags intact and in their original condition; and

• Be free from stains, odors, or damage.

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for return or refund.

Return Process

1. To initiate a return, please email us at cordzscrubs@gmail.com with the following details:

   • Your order number

   • The item(s) you wish to return

   • The reason for the return

2. Once your return is approved, you will receive further instructions on how to proceed.

Return Shipping Costs

• The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your item(s). Cordz Scrub is not responsible for any lost or undelivered return packages.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

• Shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

• Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.

• Items purchased during clearance or final sale promotions.
